Abhi Maheshwari serves as the Chief Executive Officer, driving the company’s ambitious vision for agentic AI. Since joining Aisera in 2021, Abhi has played a key role in driving the company’s growth. He has served as interim CEO since June 2024, and before that, he led Aisera’s successful Series D financing round as CFO and laid the foundation for continued future growth. Before Aisera, Abhi was a key executive at Crowdstrike during an explosive growth phase, successful IPO, and global expansion.

Jared Lucas

Chief People Officer

Jared Lucas joined Aisera as Chief People Officer, bringing 20 years of global HR experience. He specializes in talent acquisition and performance management, with a strong focus on scaling organizations during growth. Previously, he was Vice President of People at Cresta and Chief People Officer at MobileIron during its IPO. He also served as Director of HR at LinkedIn, supporting its rapid growth. Earlier, he was a Special Agent with the FBI. Jared holds a Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s from Brigham Young University.

Dan Deklich

Chief Development Officer

Dejan Deklich serves as the Chief Development Officer at Aisera overseeing the entire software development lifecycle from ideation to deployment. Dejan has more than twenty years of experience in strategic evaluation and implementation of new technologies, research and development and leading technical teams to reach critical milestones. Dejan previously served as the Chief Development Officer at RingCentral overseeing a global team of over 3,000. Prior to RingCentral Dejan was Chief Technology and Products Officer at 8×8. Dejan was also the VP of Platform & Cloud at Splunk. Dejan was CTO at Merced Systems prior to its acquisition by NICE Systems. He also held technical leadership roles at Yahoo! and at IBM Research earlier in his career. Dejan holds advanced degrees in Physics, Math and Computer Science from Universitaet Bremen and Santa Clara University.

Rahul Guha

VP of Product Management

As the VP of Product Management, Rahul Guha is dedicated to drive innovation, build customer trust and empower team members to achieve success. He leads product management, user experience and analyst relations at Aisera. Previously, at ServiceNow, Rahul joined the nascent Customer Service Management Business Unit and helped grow annual recurring revenue from $30MM to greater than $450MM in a span of six years. During his tenure at ServiceNow, he worked closely with major customers, partners and analysts and published 2 patents related to Enterprise Service Management and Workflows. Prior to ServiceNow, Rahul worked at MuleSoft where he led the team that created MuleSoft Exchange. Rahul was the founding Product Manager at early stage startups AgentAchieve (acquired by CoreLogic) and InsightsOne (acquired by Apigee/Google) where he drove product strategy and execution. Rahul holds an MBA from University of California, Berkeley and a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

Utkarsh Contractor

Field Chief Technology Officer

Utkarsh Contractor serves as the Field CTO at Aisera, leading teams working on Agentic AI and Domain specific LLMs for the Enterprise. He is also a Senior Research Fellow at Stanford University, focusing his Applied AI Research in using large multimodal vision and language models for domain specific AI Agents. Utkarsh has a decade of industry experience in AI and Machine Learning and holds several patents and publications. He has held leadership roles at companies such as LinkedIn and AT&T Labs.

Ben Lu

Chief Financial Officer

Ben Lu is the Chief Financial Officer of Aisera and is responsible for scaling the business, investing in growth, and partnering with the senior leadership team to deliver measurable and sustainable business value to enterprise customers. Ben brings over 25 years of diverse and extensive experience in the technology sector, and was previously the Chief Financial Officer of Bird Rides and Archer Aviation. Prior to that, Ben was the Vice President of Finance at Logitech International, where he successfully led a global team responsible for corporate FP&A, investor relations, treasury, global operations and supply chain finance, and more. During his time at Logitech, Ben and the finance team helped scale revenues from $2B in 2017 to over $5B in 2021, while increasing the company’s market value tenfold from $2B to $20B over the same time period.

Nick brings decades of experience building high-growth teams, driving customer success, and accelerating revenue in enterprise SaaS and AI-driven environments. Prior to Aisera, Nick was the Vice President of Sales – Americas at Skyhigh Security, where he was leading strategic revenue operations across key markets. Prior to Skyhigh Security, Nick spent nearly three years at Aisera, scaling the business as VP, Mid‑Market / Enterprise Sales.

Kashif Mahbub

Kashif Mahbub serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Aisera where he’s responsible for the global marketing function. An award-winning CMO and a recognized thought leader, Kashif brings 20+ years of experience across the software industry, specializing in AI and automation technologies for enterprise-class businesses. Prior to Aisera, Kashif was the CMO at Ushur where he built the marketing function from the ground up, helping establish Ushur as a CX Automation leader focused on highly regulated industries. Prior to Ushur, Kashif was the Vice President of Product Marketing at Automation Anywhere where he established and led numerous marketing functions including product and solutions marketing, competitive intelligence, analysts relations, content and partner marketing, helped pioneer Robotic Process Automation (RPA) as a category and drive Automation Anywhere’s growth from an early stage startup to a valuation of $6.8 billion in 40 months. Kashif holds a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and an MBA in finance and marketing from University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles.
